Sell on your website with a Buy button
Last updated October 12, 2026
Get the code
- Open a product (Products, then click it).
- Click Embed at the top.
- Pick Buy button or Product card.
- Change the button text, colour and corners, and check the preview.
- Copy the HTML.
You can also do this from Settings → Developers → Embeds.
Paste it on your site
| Your site | Where to paste |
|---|---|
| WordPress | Add a Custom HTML block |
| Wix | Add → Embed code → Embed HTML |
| Webflow | Add an Embed element |
| Squarespace | Add a Code block |
| Shopify | Add a Custom Liquid section |
| Your own site | Anywhere in the page's HTML |
The code has two parts: a <script> line and the button or card. If you add several buttons to one page, the script only needs to be there once.
What buyers see
The checkout opens over your page, with your product's options, upsells and coupons. Paying by card finishes there. Paying by mobile money opens the secure mobile money page, then shows their receipt.
Site builders that block scripts
Some builders (Notion, Carrd's free plan) don't allow scripts. Use the iframe tab in the Embed dialog for product cards instead. Buttons in an iframe open the checkout in a new tab.
Where embedded sales show
In Orders, like any sale. Open one and Came from says which website it was on.
