Manage your subscribers

Go to Get paid → Subscriptions.
The list
At the top you see:
- Monthly revenue: what your active subscriptions bring in each month.
- Subscribed: how many people are paid up or in their grace period.
- Renewal due: people whose period has ended and who are in the 3-day grace period.
Filter by status (Active, Renewal due, Cancelled, Ended), by product, or search by name, email, phone or your app's ref.
A subscriber's page
Click someone to see:
- when it renews and when their access ends,
- every payment they've made, and what you kept,
- their subscription page link, where they renew or cancel. Every reminder links there, so you only need it if they ask.
Cancel for someone
On their page, click Cancel. It won't renew, and we let them know by email. They keep access until the end of the period they paid for. If they're already in their grace period, access ends now.
What the statuses mean
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Paid up |
| Cancelling | Cancelled, but still has access until the paid period ends |
| Renewal due | The period ended. They have 3 days to renew |
| Cancelled | They cancelled and the paid period ran out |
| Ended | Not renewed in time |
