When to go evergreen
Once you have run a live webinar that sells, record it. Then every week becomes a launch, without you presenting at 8pm again.
Step by step
- Record your best live session, or record a clean version.
- Click Create product → Webinar: set up a webinar.
- Choose Evergreen, add your recording and set the times and days it should play.
- Set the price (free to fill the room, or paid).
- Add your offer and when it appears: at the start, at a set minute, or near the end.
- Turn on the replay if you want, with how many hours it stays up.
- Share the link in your bio, emails and ads.
Attendees pick a session, get a private room link and a calendar invite, and email reminders a day and an hour before.
Make it feel live
- Pick sensible times: evenings and weekends work for most Ghanaian audiences.
- Don't pretend it's live. Saying "recorded" is fine; people care about the content.
- Time the offer to the minute you made it in the recording.

- After registration: a welcome email with what to prepare.
- After the session: the replay and the offer, with a deadline: email automations.
