To run paid online classes for students in Ghana, set up each class as a webinar (live) or a course (recorded), and send parents one link to pay. On Paylead, parents pay by MoMo or card, students register and get reminders, and recorded lessons open right after payment. It is free to start and costs 4% + GH₵ 1 per payment.

- Recorded lessons (a full topic or subject): an online course with sections and lessons.
- Term or monthly fees for a running class: a payment link with a fixed amount, or a subscription on Pro so parents are reminded each month.
Step by step: a live revision class
- Create your free Paylead account.
- Create a webinar product and set the date and time, or a schedule if you repeat it: set up a webinar.
- Set the price per student.
- Write who it is for and what you will cover, for example "WASSCE Core Maths: 6 past-paper topics in 3 hours".
- Share the link with parents on WhatsApp and with your school or church groups.
- Students who paid get the join details and reminders before the class, and the replay afterwards if you turn replays on.
Step by step: a recorded course
- Create a course and add one section per topic and one lesson per lesson: video, notes and links.
- Set the price and publish. Students get access right after payment, on any phone.
- Sell it from the same link as your live classes, or put both in a bundle at a better price.
What it costs
No monthly fee on the Starter plan. A GH₵ 100 class costs 4% + GH₵ 1 = GH₵ 5, so GH₵ 95 reaches your wallet. Turn on Customer pays transaction charges if parents should cover it. Withdrawals cost a flat GH₵ 5 and arrive the next working day.

Can parents pay with mobile money?
Yes. MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Visa and Mastercard.
Do students need a computer?
No. Course lessons open in a phone browser. For live classes, students need whatever app your class runs on, such as Zoom or Google Meet.
Can I charge a monthly fee?
Yes. Use a fixed payment link each month, or a subscription on Pro, which reminds parents before each payment.
Can I see who paid?
Yes. Every payment shows in your orders with the payer's name and phone number.
