To collect school fees online in Ghana, send each family an invoice for the term that they can pay by MoMo or card, in full or in parts, and track who has paid. On Paylead, invoices show Part paid and Overdue at a glance, parents get receipts, and one-off fees (excursions, PTA levies, uniforms) can be paid through a simple link.
