Connect your app with the API

The developer API is on the Pro and Business plans. Only the store owner can create keys.

1. Go to Settings → Developers → API keys.
2. Enter what the key is for, like "My app", and click Create key.
3. Copy the key now. It starts with sk_live_ and is only shown once.
4. Give it to your developer, or put it in your app's server settings.

Keep the key secret: anyone with it can read your orders and customers. Never paste it into website code, a mobile app or a public place.

If a key is lost or shared by mistake, click the bin next to it to delete it, then create a new one. Apps using the old key stop working straight away.
