Choose how clients book
- Packages without a fixed time slot (events, weddings, product shoots agreed with the client): a service with packages. Up to three packages, each with a price, delivery time and number of revisions, and the brief collected at checkout.
- Studio sessions in set time slots (portraits, headshots, graduation photos): a bookings product where clients pick a time and pay the full fee or a deposit.

Step by step: service packages
- Create your free Paylead account.
- Click Create product → Service: sell a service with packages.
- Add up to three packages, for example:
- Basic: 1 hour, 20 edited photos, delivered in 5 days.
- Standard: 3 hours, 60 edited photos, delivered in 7 days.
- Premium: full day, 150 edited photos, delivered in 14 days.
- Set what you need in the brief: the date, the venue, the people and the style.
- Add your best photos to the description, grouped by type of shoot.
- Share the link in your bio and with every enquiry.
Step by step: studio sessions
- Click Create product → Bookings and set the session length and your studio hours.
- Choose Deposit or Full fee.
- Add buffers between sessions for set changes, and your days off.
- Clients pick a time, pay, and get a calendar file and email reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before.
What it costs
Online payments cost 4% + GH₵ 1. On a GH₵ 1,500 package that is GH₵ 61, so GH₵ 1,439 reaches your wallet. Any balance a client pays you in person for a booking costs 2% + GH₵ 1. Withdrawals cost a flat GH₵ 5 and arrive the next working day.
Tips from photographers
- Show the price. Clients compare. A clear price filters out people who were never going to book.
- Sell extras after payment: prints, an album or a highlight video as an upsell.
