The ChatGPT prompts that help most when selling online are specific ones: tell the AI who your buyer is, what your product does, the price in cedis, and the tone you want, then ask for one thing at a time. Below are 15 prompts you can copy for product descriptions, sales pages, social captions, WhatsApp replies, emails and ad ideas. Replace everything in [brackets]. Always read and edit what comes back, because AI gets facts wrong and sounds generic until you add your own voice.
How to get good answers
- Give context first. "I sell [product] to [who] in [city], price GH₵ [x]."
- Ask for options. "Give me 5 versions" beats one answer.
- Set the tone. "Friendly, simple English, like talking to a friend on WhatsApp."
- Correct it. "Shorter." "Less salesy." "Use Ghanaian examples."
- Never let it invent results like "10,000 happy customers" or fake reviews.

Frequently asked questions
Is it okay to use AI-written product descriptions?
Yes, as long as everything is true and you edit it to sound like you. Buyers can tell when copy is generic.
Will Google penalise AI content?
Google cares whether content is helpful and accurate, not who typed it. Thin, copied or misleading pages do badly however they were written.
